Sharp AI Hub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website sharpaihub.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our site.

- Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or WhatsApp channel via the sign-up form
- Pseudo-random client ID — a random identifier generated and stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie), used only to correlate your analytics events across a visit
- Usage events — page views, scroll depth, clicks on affiliate links, video views, internal search, and outbound link clicks, sent directly from your browser to our own server (never to Google's client-side scripts)
- Consent choice — the option you selected in our consent widget, with a timestamp and the policy version in force at the time
How We Track — Server-Side, Cookieless
Sharp AI Hub does not load Google Analytics' gtag.js, Google Tag Manager, or the Meta Pixel in your browser, and does not set analytics cookies. Instead:
- Your browser sends anonymous usage events to our own server (via our n8n automation), tagged with the pseudo-random client ID described above.
- Our server checks your consent choice and, only then, forwards the event to Google Analytics 4 using the server-to-server Measurement Protocol.
- If you have not consented, only a minimal aggregated ping is sent, with no identifier attached.

Legal Basis for Processing
We process analytics data on the basis of your explicit consent, collected through the consent widget shown on your first visit. This applies in particular because eligible events may be used to build audiences exported to Google Ads and Meta for advertising purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or contacting us as described below.
Newsletter and WhatsApp sign-up requires its own, separate explicit consent, collected via a dedicated checkbox in the sign-up form — independent from your analytics consent choice.
How We Use Your Information
- To send you the weekly Sharp AI Hub newsletter or WhatsApp updates (if you subscribed and consented)
- To understand which content is most useful to our readers, and to guide our editorial and SEO priorities
- Where you consented to "Accept all", to build advertising audiences exported to Google Ads and Meta
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Affiliate Disclosure
Sharp AI Hub participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click certain links on our site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we have personally tested and believe are genuinely useful.

Subprocessors
We share data with the following subprocessors, each acting under its own privacy policy:
- Beehiiv — newsletter and WhatsApp channel management (for subscribers only)
- Muapi.ai — video generation for our content (no personal visitor data shared)
- Google (GA4 / Google Ads) — analytics and, where consented, advertising audiences, via server-side Measurement Protocol
- Meta — advertising audiences, where you consented to "Accept all"
- Affiliate networks — to track referrals and commissions via their own outbound links
- Hetzner (hosting) — infrastructure provider for our website and automation server
Data Retention
- Email addresses collected via newsletter/WhatsApp sign-up are retained until you unsubscribe.
- Consent records (client ID, choice, timestamp, policy version) are retained for 24 months for audit purposes.
- Analytics events are retained for 14 months in GA4, our default retention setting.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter or WhatsApp channel at any time (link in every email, opt-out via WhatsApp)
- Withdraw analytics/advertising consent at any time
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data
- Request portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
